This is what I have been looking for. Contemporary pieces, purely piano without any background musics..that's the best ever for my ear. Rob Costlow rox!
This guy is really something when it comes to the Piano. His songs sound very unique. He is a very skilled pianist and has amazing melody! Highly recommended to relax.
Very very well done. If you turn off all the parts of the brain that analyze and try to think of what each moment maybe sounds a bit like and just listen and drift on the music, it is simply excellent music.
It is a very smart album, I felt a story being told with every song, expected to be bored by the end, but, no I wanted to listen even further more! Great job.
I hear some similarities to artists like Tori Amos. However, the soul inside each note is greatly inspiring. Beautiful to hear and even the better to know that there is meaning behind it.

They brought my blood pressure down and I found myself humming along very serenly and this helped me refocus and 'find the peace within'.
This is an fine example of recording excellence. I have been a fan of George Winston, and what he calls "rural piano" for many years. Rob has followed in the fine tradition of solo piano, and is an extremely talented composer. His execution of these original compositions is tops! I hope to hear more and more in the future.
