Benjamin Reed has been writing music since the early 90’s, as a member of the demo scene, under the name "Ranger Rick." In 2008, he decided it was high time to release a real album and cleaned up, remixed, and remastered portions of his catalog, as the artist Raccoon Fink.
His first album, Finally was released May 20th, 2008, and a single, Pointillize, was released April 29th.
