I am a singer-songwriter writing and recording synth pop out of a bedroom. I'm influenced by artists like The Postal Service and Depeche Mode, though I don't always sound like them. This is less because I'm brilliant and original and more because I don't have enough of a handle on music to be able to rip people off even if I wanted to.
I find a simple poetry in heartfelt honesty, so when I write songs, I try not to write a single word I don't mean. I like to write about issues I wrestle with as a Christian, and I consider most of my songs to be little prayers.
