This brand new Utrecht-based rock band from The Netherlands is your first aid kit in case of dullness, apathy and other signs of exhaustion. Since the summer of 2008 The Medics provide – only on prescription – a balanced dose keen-edged rock, influenced by the likes of The Strokes and Editors. Known side-effects are unexpected energy-boosts, an inexplicable joie de vivre and a uncontrolable urge to sing along. Many people went nuts due to The Medics, so we ask: is there a doctor in the house?
