Promises Lie is a Russian progressive metal band formed in November 2007. Besides founders Fedor Kivokurtsev(guitar) and Vitaliy Blagov(vocals) , the original lineup included keyboardist Sergey Butuzoff, drummer Anton Chuyko and bass-guitarist Sergey Supranovich.
Music of PL is a combination of modern&vintage electronics,dense guitar sound and different vocal technics... It coincides with rhythm of modern megalopolises and at the same tame can take you far away from city lights- into the depths of your thoughts and feelings...
