The young newcomer-band IntoXication was founded in April 2008 by the two 15-year-old members Johannes and Daniel from Bolzano who dedicated themselves to music in their basement. In spring 2009 the punkrock quintet recorded its very first demo-EP titled “Falsch gedacht” including three catchy punksongs with – and that’s something you won`t find everyday listening to Southtyrolean bands – german lyrics. In summer 2009 the band released their first full-length studio album “Geladen & Entsichert” on Airbagpromo Records.

After some lineup changes regarding drums and lead guitar, IntoXication decided to change their style, too: American Punk Rock meets Post-Hardcore/Metalcore. Right now front lady Carolin “Caro” Zeller (vocals), Dominik “Dome” Aster (lead guitar), Martin “Chippi” Mayr (rhythm guitar), Georg “Jorge” Gamper (drums) and Christian Schwarz (bass guitar) recorded their second full-length album “Kill Yourself And Go To Hollywood”.
