Plan Quinquenal is an electronic music's duo from Argentina currently formed by XCesar Canali and Victoria M. The original band is formed in October 2008 in Buenos Aires (Argentina), but as a trio, from which only Canali is the only original member. In December of same year they release their first E.P. under the title "Los nuevos perros de Pavlov" This E.P. includes the cover song "Bela Lugosi is Dead" from the English gothic band Bauhaus. 

 

From the musical point of view, this is a band that meets its electronic sound by adding some explosive guitars and achieving an industrial and noisy sound with synthetic beats, seasoned with a punk ideology. The production and mastering was in charge of Argentinian Carlos Shaw.
