Octabitron is a weird bit pop musical project initiated on 2010, as an act of self sarcasm and strip off any seriousness.

As a big fun of vintage synthesizers, video game consoles and computers, i thought that it was worth the effort to experiment with the sounds of the past blended with a touch of silliness, industrial sound-scapes and smells of burned electronic circuits.

In terms of instruments and technologies involved, i used mainly Cubase/VSTi instruments, vintage computer emulators (such as Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64 and ZX spectrum) and other shocking devices.

The result of all this was the production two albums called «Agoraphobic Monster» and «The Loneliness of a Sick Robot», released on 2010 and 2011 respectively.

Octabirton is also a member of the 8bit collective, where some works from the «Agoraphobic Monster» were presented during 2010.

Currently i work for the production of the third album of Octabitron.
