A Minor Seventh is my music project focused on easy listening music. I originally started recording this kind of music in 2004, with the creation of musical new years wishes (I sent CD's instead of cards). The first recordings were pretty basic stuff: recorded on an analog 4 track Tascam Portastudio 424 MKII, without copy/paste techniques (only punch in/out) and without fancy effects.
I had to limit myself to1 or 2 tracks for the backing track (i.e. mono or stereo) and 2 or 3 for the actual guitar tracks. I recently switched to computer based recording under Linux (Ardour).
