Deux longs titres totalement différents sur cet album étonnant : le premier titre est une création sonore s'inscrivant parfaitement dans l'ambiant, lent, suave et éthéré. Le second titre est plus complexe, d'accès plus ardu et expérimental, avec des transitions sonores iconoclastes et originales. Cet album est une pièce audio-phonique à double facette, un Janus et Dianus sonore ! Merci pour le partage Cometa.

Non è il primo lavoro di Angelo che recensisco, e con ogni probabilità non sarà l'ultimo. C'è, in tutti i suoi lavori, un respiro comune che supera le diversità. Credo si tratti di una disciplina, di una coerenza stilistica, di un'adesione a canoni di principio (forse umani oltre che musicali) che soggiacciono al suo modo di interpretare l'atto compositivo, quand'anche esso si presenti di volta in volta tecnicamente sfaccettato e comunque vario negli intendimenti. Così anche in questi due lunghi brani, significativamente diversi tra loro (più morbido e "facile" il primo; più frammentato, duro e rapsodico l'altro) si sente una stessa aria, s'intuisce una stessa "filosofia" musicale. Il frutto ipnotizza e trattiene, allontanando dalle ciarle e costruendo cellula dopo cellula un "eidos" sonoro ed etico insieme, concretizzato in pochi elementi che obbligano alla lentezza, all'esercizio della riflessione, alla fuga dalle idiozie.

(Dark Nirvana) Extraordinary! This was drone-like and a near-meditative piece. With a poetry reading . . . a voice floating through . . . smooth and cool and ever so remote. I felt bathed in cool waters and distanced from a grim and dark horror, as if I were observing something through a dream . . . an abyss between me and a consuming flame climbing through the darkness. Really a very pleasant listen, calming and unobtrusive . . . something that calms yet resonates enjoyably . . . giving space to be creative or dream. (Trash Compactor) an avant-garde pièce . . . which explored differing dissonances, sounds and expressions . . with a pleasant result . . . it made me think of the flotsam and jetsam in life . .. the things we catch in the corners of our eyes . . . an occasional voice came out of the blue . . . floating through the periphery . . . a quiet ride . .. through the night . . . sometimes a little surreal . . . which I like! Great sounds with an overall excellent and careful composition for both pieces. Two great works of art . . .

Strangely. Just in period when I am listening, relistening Canadian God Speed You Black Emperor, Cometa publishes track which sounds like missing link - Electronic post - rock. This is just impression though, since there are no real similarities and Cometa goes megalomanic after his minimalistic period (joking, joking). First I discovered Ristiks awesome avant-garde jazzy last upload now this! And what I see? Ristik as collaborator and my old pal Ivan! But on to the tracks. (For Ristiks last - see: Kotinäky Kylmä kivi on täydellinen jalusta päivittäiselle näylle on Jamendo) For me first track is as much industrial as droning in repetitive patternse but with clear developement and likewise clear and top productions. I dont listen this as ambient though it's very demanding if you actually listen. Second is suprising mix of arythmias and first Gentle Giant sounding thing I ever heard since 70-ies :) Well, thake this album and Ristiks last and you have all music you need for one mounth at least. These two are probably best two things this year! Thanks for awesome share!
