You never disappoints! Everything you post is just amazing. And this one... Very subtle and gentle country song - ooh, I just love it :) That's what I call Real Music. Voice. This voice never cease to amaze me. I was writing it several times so far, but it's hard not to mention it. And the instruments - this guitar, this piano... Guys, thank you very much! And still I wonder how's that possible that you don't demand money for your music? But then, I guess, that's the whole point, that's the beauty of it: to share your talents and the wonderful results of it with others for free. I regeistered on jamendo in hope of finding valuable and momerable music. Thanks guys, that thanks to you I've found I've been looking for. My warmest greetings from Poland. PS. Usually I don't write that long comments. But I think that you deserve this.

"Summer Of `49" has an eerie presence within the measures. I'd put this up there with "Whiskey Lullaby" or "He Stopped Loving Her Today." Each tells of a love or life that has went to a place that is very, very dark. I see a video of this song, and the final lyrics "There's a knock on his door, there's a knock on his door, there's a knock on his door...." cutting to the guy sitting petrified to see who might be there, a cut to him peeping out from behind a drawn curtain, or a cut of an ethereal door appearing before him... My thanks to Jon & Necessary Road for sharing this with us on Jamendo!
