Music for a film, or music for a dream ?
me ha parecido un álbum bueno desde el primer track, invita a la relajación. Los pasajes de piano están el el punto exacto de cada una de las piezas, no satura el oído. las notas precisas ni más ni menos.
Se puede disfrutar en un atardecer de Otoño.
JORGESTRADA.
A pretty pleasant album
Afternoon meditation and birds for my haiku are very good compositions
A new autumn in last too
Great thanks

Me ha gustado el disco este. Es tranquilito u entra bien, sobre todo si no estás pendiente de él. Vamos, perfecto para trabajar, que es lo que estoy haciendo ahora mismo...
Lilting piano strokes on a background of silence, such is the Last Time I Saw A Blue Sky. All inside a slow moving structure, which is silence. It is like the point here is not what is heard but that which is secreted in the void of silence that is the polarity of what is actually going on musically. That's what A Few Sacred Corners, does for me.
Flying Away With Brother Wind is somewhat melancholic, a bit sad. Feels quite profound though I'm not altogether clear why exactly. I like that sometimes, when things are just what they are. The wind can carry you anywhere you want, if you will just let it. The subjectiveness of such a concept as My Dearest Place opens up huge vistas of possibilities, as it is the minimalist melody and structure, help control and ground that possible transcendence into the infinite. There are familiar sound bytes that could have come from my life itself.
I prefer to meditate first thing in the morning, but it's generally not until afternoon that I get the opportunity, and it's a pretty small 'window' presented. So, this track really hits the spot for me personally, Afternoon Meditation. Two minutes in and the earth begins to resound to your efforts to connect with Gaia, deeply resonant. Prelude To A Black And White Rainbow, tinkles its drops of music through the air refracting light antithetically, like an eclipse of colour that would be breathtaking in effect and make you appreciate those subtle hues of drops of suspended moisture all the more, in their reality.
I love to hear a dawn chorus, they can be so truly overwhelming, that power of natures own songmakers in unison. Naturally, not a note out of place for this one as a track too. Birds For My Haiku even captures the change in power that occurs according to the morning movements of us beings, that tend to drown things out, apart from that last resilient tweeter. A New Autumn At Last drops tuneful, poignant leaves from timeless branches of sweet music, attached to trees of generations of natural, resonant music-making. The sound of life and change. The sound of silence is the loudest of all, after all.
I love the way Albert B starts out some of his songs in such a quiet mode and then slowly building up to an crescendo and then slowing down again, and devolving back to that quiet appeasement at the end. It's simultaneously epic and intimate, which are the two words that define for me, the real appeal of this album. Download it now and see for yourself, because it's totally worth it!
*I love specially in a kind of ravenously way track #2 "a few sacred corners" and # 6 "prelude to a black and white rainbow" even tough I never get tired of listen to all them over and over again!
What a music! An oasis of peace, but full of emotions. Fantastic pianoplay, together with occasional guitar and cello embedded in a great ambient feel. My dearest place is moving to tears... its so honest and real. All tracks give you a personal glimps of a rich emotional world that goes very deep. It allows you to lay back and overthink what the ... you're doing. Its unbelievable what is in these relatively short tracks, that keep expanding in your mind.A new Autumn at last gives a great finale... This is a stunning masterpiece. Thank you very much Albert for making and sharing this.... a definitive classic
Une pochette qui illustre magnifiquement l'ambiance de cet album.
Car c'est bien d'ambiance qu'il s'agit.
Très bonne composition et qualité sonore.
