Tinkling shards of sound as the curtain is vaguely stirred by the wind of consciousness. Very nicely done. Good start with the first track. Viatarat leti nad KItai, seems more reflective and personal. A very mellow flow of soundscaping. Up to the edge of things, Zavladian perimetar-cc, is stronger and more structured. Extremely good sound manipulation. I like this tracks apparent assertiveness. Less dreamy. Izdigane nad dlupostta+Koridorat, floats away airily. Shimmering like a heat haze and almost a suppression of movement. Then halfway or so in, their is a resistance movement and things become less prone to lassitude, with a sprinkling of voices. Interesting structure and posture. Bi moglo da bade inache, has a direction and sense of progression, for all its buoyancy. Feels subterranean, in that you go into a cave system in one country and come out into another. Undermining the underlining. Seems somehow more emotive and fluid. Kapan is decisive from the start, more energy and clearer construction, with a mechanical feel to the movement. Wraps up nicely at the end. Kukeri, lighter, or a sense of lifting of oppression, like the release a storm can give. The flute is a lovely touch, just right. Nicely balanced and mildly oriental. Predchuvsvie, has an intriguing make-up, like a loco-motion, though not necessarily to a good end per se. Razgovor, a subtle, ethereal conversation of musical and rhythmical elements. Word are hard to seek... And this album sets up a wide-ranging linguistic challenge for sure, though it doesn't detract from its effect at all. There seems to be a respectful air to Spomen-Anihilazia, which is difficult to define. It's about perspective and reflection, it feels almost like a spiritual search or loss. Razhodka mejdu zastinali tanziori, altogether brighter and more optimistic. A nice little interlude. Quite bright and light compared with some of the other tracks in this fine array of musical creativity. Zov - K.I., seems darker again. Again there seems to be a mixture of elements, eastern, occidental and the borders betwixt the two 'sides'. Music is a transnational language potentially, which is why serious study is worthwhile, in its various mutations. I had a friend to went to the Czech Republic for a holiday, and his biggest complaint was that all he could find on the TV was German cartoons. Thought that was a bit of a waste of a holiday, especially as he knew neither language, English being enough of a challenge for him. Zaliazvashta tsivilizatsia, a wonderful title has a folkish edge to it. A traditionalism perhaps from deep in a forest. Finally, Svetska vecher, wraps it all up into one big ball, the world and its many inherent, and Babylonian confusions. Great album, a very good listen.
