We start with Dämonentanz, which has a nice tone to it and feels well-balanced. Already it has pretty much covered the listed genres within the first track. Looking through the track list I can believe I can see a gothic influence as well. A certain leaning towards mysticism at least. Nice instrumental work, constructed well. Brief has a lovely atmosphere to it from the start, I only wish I could understand the nature of the letter. The third track has nice vocals, and a mild ambient backdrop to begin. This drops into a good tempo. Phönix has obvious connotations, despite my confusion about the last track name. (Is 'shore' meant literally, or metaphorically?) From the ashes, it rises and will always remain an appealing opportunity and metaphor. Upbeat, almost danceable, and I could see it going down well on the right floor, with the right crowd.
Estuans Interius suitably ecclesiastical. Very nice track with a different metre to the others, which I suppose one could only expect. Reverential in tone and expression. The next track, Tumor, captures an essence of another sort of reverence, that of life and its potential ending through illness. It took my parents both away from me many years ago and will forever increase its presence in our lives, whether we like it or not. Quite a sad song I think and seemingly heartfelt. Again though, I'm taking things literally. Walpurgis is the sense of paganism that oft besets the gothic in music, it's a common theme for a song. Having known the likes of Candia from Inkubus Sukkubus and many other witches, they tend to flock together in terms of beliefs and creative expression. I think it captures an essence of it, from the feel and tone of the track. Worshipful reverence to old gods. Sumpf starts fantastically, I really feel the sense of wading through a quagmire of well-balanced music. Sehr gut!-)
franchement excellent!
I hated this kind of music in 80-ies. It was too synthetic and cold for me. Besides that I am great fan of completely different kind of german bands like CAN and Einsturzende Neubauten.
But still, when I started listen Estuans Interius I couldn't stop to listen it until the very end. First it is masterfully produced and executed. With german precision too. Every tone is on the right place and everything goes so smooth that it's unbelivable. I usually hate this too, I like imperfect, flawed, improvised. But I must say this is f....ing great. Vocals to. They fit as an glove with music. Dunno what to say more and not to sound pathetic.
Graet work guys. Thanks for sharing this.
Na dann herzlich willkommen in meiner Playlist!
Guten Abend
Danke

I believe this is the groups 3rd album, and I have to say I am pleased with it. Once again melodic, and dark, as well as ambient yet hard. Another albumb destined for my Sansa Fuze mp3 player.
TRES MELODIQUE ET SURPRENANT BEAUCOUP D AVENIR
