wow, this music takes you to far places when you close your eyes and let that sound kaleidoscope lead you. I'd call it a mixture of trip-hop, radio drama and science fiction soundtrack. It's professional sounding, well produced and full of little details which come together as one. the further it's goeing it's drawing more pictures in my mind, going from unearthy to dramatic within one song. very good work!

This album is a journey. A journey through vast dim vaults where illusions lurk in the dark and vague reflections dance on the walls. This journey knows no limits and boundaries. The only thing I have to complain is that it was too short. This album proves me once again that his creator is one of the most eminent artists on the Ambient scene of Jamendo.

Revoila The Abogix pour un nouvel album ! Et un album russi ! Les titres sont bien ficelés, avec de bonnes transistions entre différents styles électroniques, si bien que j'en ai oublié la durée, qui est longue, certes, mais qui s'oublie très vite à l'écoute de ces titres. De multiples ambiances, de multiples voyages dans des sonorités mondiales... Tu arrives à nous manipuler et nous faire passer du chaud au froid, du mystère à l'ouverture, de la peur à la lumière ! Encore un très bon album !

really really really like this, I could tell you weren't trying to impress anyone. just letting the accumulation of assimilations come to life. The weave of samples makes eerie dark muzik and seems to reflect the world we humans made and make, a world of false glitter and decay seen when the tinted glasses are taken off. not the emerald glasses belonging to the forest, but the ones we wear to numb our minds with material delusions which give us the needed lobotomy to function in an un-sane society. Somehow the tracks echo with history woven in, the silk road flutes whisking by, dancing genies murmur strange memories two long tracks which seem to me, the first is a beautiful blurry mirage of ancient splendor track two appears as the present haze jumbled by flashing media trying to tell us what's happened yet the soul knows this isn't true. the last seven minutes or so of track two was mesmerizing in an odd shimmering way. At first a bit confronting but the second time I listened and fell into a silent half dreaming feel, the magic web of light sound makes began to take hold. Thank you for that trip into the twilight. Alone it would have been hard to keep that portal open. I will carefully listen to your other works and enjoy guessing who and what are your influences.

Le Religionnaire vient de me rendre compte qu'il a écouté tout l'album d'une seule traite. Certes cette écoute a été majoritairement passive mais ça ne l'a pas dérangé une seconde. Cet album sonne de façon très lointaine, ce qui doit etre volontaire, et pour le coup plutot original, tout comme certaines sonorités. Le Religionnaire a par ailleurs cru un instant entendre deux boules de pétanque s'entrechoquer, un peu comme sur une démo d'Alan Parsons nommé "Boules". Peut-etre a-t-il revé. Pour le reste, c'est un peu chiant quand meme. Peut-etre qu'avec des images, l'attention auditive serait davantage garantie. Bref, c'est de l'ambient donc les critères de notation habituels du Religionnaire n'y sont pas vraiment adaptés(pas de mélodie, pas de groove, pas de riffs ou encore il ne sait quoi). Rooo et puis peu importe...

Très sympa cet album, c'est plein de sonorité exotique, une ambience mystique, teintée de "polyrhytmie". Beaucoups d'images vous traversent l'esprit en écoutant ce "Illusions and Reflections"...
