Slightly too repetitive

Good album, nice sounds, but IMHO a bit too repetitive. Sure, ambient music should not surprise or steal too much attention, but I think all of the tracks could be better of being shortened by some 30%. Still, the same high quality I've come to expect from Michikawa, with a great sound. Music that almost plays itself. Love it.

premonition

My favorite part is the beginnings of the bottom half of the album, tracts "Premonition", "Sienaq", "Euclid". Premonition almost made me cry, until about thirty seconds when it changed to an electric sound. I personally think it would have been much better if that sound was completely left off.

Relaxing

I liked that sound of the "Fjord." It produced vivid images in my mind's eye of such a place: deep and dark, silent and still, slow and awesome, mysterious. This track had some nice strings and some ambient sounds which really stood out. I enjoyed the trip to that beautiful place. "Spectral" is so full of lightness and personality and with a pleasant almost breathless melody which somehow evoked wind-up-toys in my mind. Perhaps because of the unique sounds interjected in the various nooks of the music. This particular song was quite nice but maybe a little long - but then maybe not, because you could have the time to really get into a relaxation exercise. I enjoyed "Premonition"'s high notes shining over the darker notes of the rest of the instrumentals. It was nice and lively. "Euclid" had some exceptionally hight notes, almost at the dog whistle level, and some nice moaning and instrumentals. Very slow tempo, circling, beckoning, weaving in and out. Very nice and quite relaxing. The whole album would be considered relaxing. Right now, as I listen, I am struggling to stay awake.
