'Empire Of Lights', is a two track, Pop album. The music starts slow and intense with a sweet--Track #1 'Mine', Minor Chord Descending Scale Duet between Bass Synth and Piano which sets up for an even more dramatic Acoustic Guitar and Vocal Harmony. The "Sound" of the track is both Peaceful and Sad yet compelling and the harmonization between Synthesizer and Acoustic instruments is one of the most seamless that I've heard anywhere. Track #2. 'Can We', is a very soft, Love Song-Style Ballad that marries Acoustic Guitar and Vocals to great effect. A lengthy Guitar riff near the song's conclusion is the "Icing on the Cake' and transports this composition to the next level.
