THIS ALBUM IS A REAL SURPRISE. I GENERALLY DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS TYPE OF MUSIC. AND IF DO THEN I SEE THE BEAUTY IN IT. TODAY, I LET MYSELF TRANSCEND SOME MORE OF THAT BARRIER. AND STUMBLED INTO A VERITABLE MINE OF AMAZING SOUNDS. I LOVED THE VOCALS JUST BARELY AUDIABLE AND JUST BARELY THERE IN THE BACKGROUND. AND THE GUITAR PLAYINGIS TO BE HIGHLY COMMENDED. I LOVED THIS ALBUM BY NEGATIVITY. I WAS DRAWN TO THE NAME AS I HAVE RECENTLY POSTED AN ALBUM OF PICTURES ON FACE BOOK , TITLED NEGATIVITY.TRUTH.BEAUTY. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL MUSIC. WITH LOVE. I can appreciate the hard guitar, the steady percussion, and even the garage-styled archive tracks. But I will never ever ever understand the allure of Death Metal Vocals. Just listening to this album makes me want to bathe for the week. It's not all bad. Here's what I liked: "Crimson Tears" - Who would have thought you could mix hard Stoner Rock with Clown Keyboards, and make it work? This track is proof. Creepy and hard, without all that scummy aftertaste. "In The Deepest Abyss" - a continuation of Crimson Tears, but this time with the Death Metal Vocals that get me running for the showers. "The Rain That Falls Endlessly" - Goth Poem Name, Clown Keyboards are back and this time accompanied by church organ. This one sounds as if Black Sabbath were to run a daycare. I like my music hard, and this is hard. I just don't like this vocal style. But if Death Metal Vocals are your thing, then give this one a try. Thanks for sharing!
