C'est juste beau. 11 morceaux de grande qualité, façon orgamilk... poussé à la perfection. Les amateurs seront conquis. Au hasard, "translucid"...à tomber par terre : au delà de la mélodie parfaite, il y a cette sorte d'équilibre simple et harmonieux qu'on retrouve dans les plus belles compositions. Dans la même veine soft et instinctive : "next home" où l'exercice semble simple et évident et puis "director's cut" plus intense et rythmé. Peu d'auteurs compositeurs peuvent se vanter d'avoir ce niveau de songwriting. à écouter en boucle.

This new album from FBS is pure sweetness, to flow along with you day, sunny or rainy, it doesn't matter, cause the melodies are so simple and intimate, this album is my new friend, since it's out i listened to it 2 days non-stop, and i'm still not bored !! What about that ??

This album contains some very nice acoustic guitar strumming and lyrics which makes this album special and a stand-out. The singing is pretty fine also . . . a gentle male vocal gives this a close and personal touch . . . the emotions are subtle yet insistent. The majority of the songs are melancholic and disconsolate. "Words Of Happiness" was my favorite as the lovely melody had a trifle of hope in its tone and attitude. Anyone can identify with the broken hearted and downcast feelings in this album . . . the singer has reached the point where despair has flattened out and become acceptance of this depressed state. I think the artist has pulled together an outstanding album of music expressing this entire range of feeling which occurs in everyone's life. Great job and thanks for sharing on Jamendo!

cette voix qui ne se lache pas totalement avec parfois quelques faussetés qui donne une impression de fragilité , ça me plait l'album est tout bon

Un pop rock comme je les aime. Vraiment génial, une très belle voix en prime ! A écouter sans modération, je suis très emballée. BRAVO.

Though many of FBS albums are very awesome, and some are more harder then this one ( a personal preference ), this album showcases the awesome song writing style of Pedro's work, in the same way as the more acoustic album 'Orgamilk' ( even has another rendition of a song originally found on Orgamilk ). Bottom line , this is a SUPER GREAT ALBUM by Fresh Body Shop - and i would straight up buy this cd for 20$! infact, i think i am going to give FSB 20$ right now - you should too if you like this material as much as i do. I am sure Pedro and Gang could use the pill money :D

Bon alors, après écoute complète de l'album, je réalise que j'ai un problème avec la voix, que je trouve souvent trop forcée... Et c'est bien dommage parce qu'à part ça je n'entends que des bonnes choses ! Il y a effectivement un vrai travail de composition proposant des mélodies travaillées ("words of happiness", "Translucid", "nothing's impossible"), une section rythmique efficace ("Voodoo Doll"), un travail sonore épatant (j'aime beaucoup le son de la batterie, idem pour les guitares d'ailleurs)... Au final je ne mets "que" 6 parce que je ne veux pas me voiler la face : la voix me rebute un peu et je ne pourrais pas écouter cet album en boucle malgré toutes ses qualités. L'émotion ne passe pas vraiment chez moi, mais je ne doute pas que cela puisse plaire beaucoup à d'autres tant tous les ingrédients d'un bon album pop/rock acoustique sont réunis ici.

A cross between Muse and The Divine Comedy, this is superb, with good live band feel, superb guitaring. Only the lack of treble and relatively quiet vocal distinguish this from a modern commercial indie-rock release, but that's not a bad thing as I think the more mellow touch sounds realistic. There's touches of Pink Floyd (stuff like Animals) too. There hasn't been a band as good as this I've come across for at least five years, let alone a free one. Enough said.

Che dire..bella voce, belle idee, grande espressività. Un disco che colpisce a prescindere dal genere che uno ama.
