These tunes are outstanding . . . excellent vocals from Josh, beautiful lyrics, perfect guitar playing. I especially loved the folk tune, "Can't Take Our Love Away," which had such a pretty melody with such an optimistic message. Some of the lyrical messages are typical of mild social protest songs that I am fond of and so I appreciate their quality. The stories told by the lyrics are wonderful and so enjoyable to hear . . which proves that Josh is a highly talented all - around artist to be able to accomplish so many marvelous songs in this one album.

Crawford Street is another master piece which I truly recommend. Fight the sea is awesome song, another one that I really recommend is Cherry. Twelve monkeys and Can't take our love away are beautiful songs, The spirit world what a song!!! Well those are just some of the songs to be mentioned. As I've always said Josh Woodward is a real artist and his work is flawless and Crawford Street is a proof of what I'm saying. Well done!!! Congratulations.

Und noch ein Album von Josh Woodward, das man auch nach 48 Stunden Dauerhören immernoch nicht leid ist! Mitreißende Musik, tiefgründige Texte... Einfach toll. Meine Lieblingstitel sind "Waiting Takes Time", "Fight the Sea" und "Hey Ruth", aber es gibt eigentlich kein Lied, das ich nicht mag. Ein wenig finster scheint mir das Album schon, aber nur im positiven Sinne. Mich stimmt es ein wenig nachdenklich. Tolle Musik, in jeder Hinsicht, und absolut empfehlenswert!

Can't take our love away is wonderful song. I also recommend The Pawnbroker's Stepdaughter. Very clear song, nice melody and lyric by Josh. I always love his pieces!
