Un album folk, vraiment très sympa, qui commence en toute beauté avec le titre "la rupture", aux paroles drôles et...tellement vraies... Les autres chansons sont elles aussi sympa, un peu plus rock (les heures), avec humour et légèreté. Belle guitare, belle voix et très belles mélodies. Un excellent album !

I would describe this album as French Accoustic Folk Rock. Despite the artist's attrocious taste in his myspace layout, this album is incredibly tasteful. Of course, I can only speak for the sounds, as I a cannot speak French. This album has a lot of variety, switching between chill and rock, but keeping a very folk atmosphere. The instrumental music is excellent and the typically gentle use of vocals and environmental sound effects adds a lot of class to this album. All of the tracks are pretty good, but for a quick listen, I suggest going for track 4, "Lor". It is a good summary of this album. The first two tracks and track 5, "La rupture", "Les heures", "Délirante planète", are also worth listening to if you are just browsing. The next time you are having bittersweet memories of your childhood, this album would serve as a great soundtrack. No, this album probably has nothing to do with your childhood, but it's whistful melodies and sounds certainly give it a nice dream effect with a soft touch of ironic happiness. There is something that should be noted about the album cover, and applied to visual design in general. While the eye is really cool, the font is not. Sure, the font may look cool, but anyone with even a little experience with desktop publishing can easily recognize it as the MS Papyrus font. Keep your eye out for it, and you will find it almost everywhere. Using standard fonts and clipart makes stuff look really amateur and unoriginal. Despite that little rant, I suggest you give the album a listen. It is pretty darn good.

Oui. J'm'étais toujours dit qu'un jour je passerai ici y laisser ma "deuxieme critique" ou plutôt ma note. Ca fait déjà un an. C'est toujours aussi bon. Je l'écoute souvent. Et je remercie je ne sais qui pour cette rencontre. Croyez le ou non, moi je le dis, cet homme ira plus que loin!

Pas de fioriture pour un album qui flirte avec le charme un peu désuet de Brassens (les p'tites gueules du lundi). C'est simple sans être simpliste. ça se laisse bien écouter surtout qu'il n'y a pas (à la première écoute)de faute de goût : les guitares sont bien jouées. La voix est douce et bien posée. L'enregistrement est très propre. Mention spéciale pour le phrasé sans bafouillage de "La rupture" Petite incursion bizarroïde et décalée du reste de l'album dans l'univers des synthé dans Etoile. pas forcément à la hauteur du reste de l'album. En résumé, c'est bien

Nous avons survolé, Emile et moi (Olivier) l'album. Nous sommes tout les deux musiciens et trouvons que les mix sont parfaits, les mélodies agréables, l'instrumentation nickel. If I could bottle up the goodness and joy and happiness that this album gave me. I surely would and spread it around the world. As this album should be and is being done on Jamendo by David.As it just seemed to resonate pure and amazing vibe and energy from within this. I know I do not understand the lingo. As its not my native tongue.But do you know something I do not give a shit.. As its excellent, And just gave me such a brilliant time. Enjoying these guys sings and the music. buzz and evolve around my head and heart. Type of album I would have playing all the time in and outside my house even in the car or with the ipod plug into my ears. Walking up the street..

I did not expect to be listening to a French artist. I was surprised that I actually liked what I was hearing. Even though I do not understand what the lyrics are. I still like the tempo and sound of the music and it is interesting to me.

świetny album i jak dla mnie idealnie się wpisuje w aurę za oknem, choć pewnie i kiedy indziej też po niego sięgnę. Przyjemna linia melodyczna, ciekawa gitarrra i intrygujący głos. w sumie samo się słucha ... a to w muzyce jak dla mnie najpiękniejszy atut.
