Arte del suono e della composizione...Arte e Imperfezione sono inscindibili...una volta qualcuno mi ha detto che non c'è Arte senza sofferenza...ognuno tragga le conclusioni che vuole. percorso difficile questo di Alfonso Tregua....ma credo anche necessario...Mantra e Serendipità hanno qualcosa in più...che mi è difficile capire,ma riesco a sentirla come qualcosa in divenire...le altre composizioni anche se belle nella loro forma naife ma portano con se il limite del presente ....dove si fermano per restare.il momento stesso della composizione. Prima dell'istante zero.From before the beginning of time, there was chaos apparently and from this was form created. Lovely encapsulation of a period of prehistory beyond the stone age drummers even, this is really taking us back to the roots of primeval existence. A bell rings as the only intimation of where our sense of origins may lie in the conception of God as the almighty creator and sculptor of being. Nulla, materia e radiazione, portrays the ultimate first steps from nothing, an inconceivable notion, from which sprouted matter, a collision of atoms. These then forming a covalent bonding and beginning to emit radiation, the source of our universe and all within it. A wonderful track that depicts this conjoining of the roots of life itself, something we can only really conjecture, but at artistic attempt to capture its essence is something paramount to cultural understanding and learning. Attriti, begins the process of this bonding and as it does the music gathers structure and movement, with a stronger sense of formation. Friction is the basis of all creation, from the smallest subatomic level to the highest copulation of colonies of molecules bent on survival and further existence, in the form of consciously aware creatures, including our wonderful selves. From Attriti, the formation takes place in Corpo oscuro, the dark matter which scientists are now toying with intellectually. Wherein the Pulsar is formed, a conglomeration of radiation, the formation of a star around which to revolve in our elliptical orbits. Beautifully dark and resonant music. Again, we return to a chaotic form, with Prima dell'istante zero II. A revisitation of the beginning suggesting a cyclical nature to progressive evolution. This seems more than mere assumption, and is very fitting as a testimony to our conscious awareness of our tumultuous formation of our beginning. Mantra is here a dark, brooding awakening of consciousness and sense of self, a primal urge. Serendipità suggests that we were lucky in getting it intuitively right and urging us onto a pathway of evolving in one direction rather than petering out into nothingness again, by means of another route. It could have been very different, if you take the time to think about it. Mantra II is part of the learning cycle, and somehow we as sentient suggestions of being, figured that it worked the first time so why not again, this time the form more structured again and fittingly so. Altro Mantra, a beautiful realisation of existentialism and how it began to form into epistemological thought. We are here because we believe we are here and lay tribute at the root of the tree of life religiously, in many different forms. It works, if we work at it and this wonderful piece of musical expressive creativity, gives me a small glimmer of hope in a sometimes dark world. Thanks for creating and sharing. Absolute magic, and truth as the one hope of salvation before we fall again into chaos.

'Oggetti noti e ignoti', is one of the most original albums on Jamendo. Music is created by use of natural sounds(breaking glass, frog or frog-like croaking, grunts--Buddhist/Yoga-like (Track #7 'Mantra' and etc), primitive instrument/native(drums, reeds{flutes}, bells, Sitar and gongs). Synthesizer is used sparingly. The point is: do not expect typical Melody-Harmony, band or orchestra style instrumentation and structure. Also due the acoustic nature of most of the album(some tracks such as track #5. 'Pulsar' have electrical sounds)--the work does not fall in Electronica although it might be considered Experimental. Admittedly the average listener will not know what to make of many of the tracks upon first listening but if One is patient you will be rewarded with a work that promotes a Claiming Effect. Fans of the 1971 Movie Duel, Starring Dennis Weaver may notice a similarity of the movie's soundtrack in scenes that involved a sinister Tractor Trailer Rig(Big Truck)with Track #6. 'Prima Dell'istante Zero II'. This work will not be for everyone but for those who understand and appreciate the album it will likely become a favorite.

J'ai pas du tout accroché...

Questo album è realmente un lavoro di grande sperimentazione. I suoni e i rumori sono molto originali ed inseriti con sensibilità. Questa musica non è per tutti... ma può essere ascoltata senza difficoltà perchè i suoni sono minimali e c'è armonia. Se la si ascolta con curiosità e con attenzione può portare in ambienti sconosciuti ed offrire molte sensazioni. Questa è stata la mia esperienza: ero in un ambiente sotterraneo a volte metallico altre volte di pietra antica attraversato da suoni. Molte risonanze di suoni, espansioni e compressioni. Quando il sotterraneo si apriva alla luce del sole allora giungevano suoni familiari, caldi, e spirituali come ad esempio il suono di "altro mantra". C'è uno spirito antico in questa musica! The sounds and noises are very original and incorporated with sensitivity. This music is not for everyone... but it can be listen without difficulty because the sounds are minimal and there is harmony. If you listen with curiosity and attention it can bring in unknown ambiences and offer many feelings. This has been my experience: I was in an underground, sometimes metal at other times of ancient stone crossed sounds. Many resonances sound, expansions and compressions. When the underground was opened in broad daylight then came familiar sounds, warm and spiritual as, for example, the sound of "altro mantra". There is a ancient spirit in this music!

Ringrazio in primo luogo l'ottimo Saltarello per avermi segnalato questo lavoro, il cui ascolto richiede una preventiva "epoché": vale a dire che bisogna dimenticarsi il "Clavicembalo ben temperato" e il giro di Do maggiore della Gatta di Gino Paoli, ma anche tutto l'ammennicolario di ensembles musicali antichi e moderni (dall'orchestra d'archi al tipico basso chitarra e batteria dei nostri decenni). Si deve, insomma, tornare bambini; a quella condizione di stupore in cui tutto tutto può essere "musica", tutto può essere epifania, tutto può diventare poesia. Quindi lasciati andare: scoprirai che questi rumori, questi rantoli sonori, entrano dentro più e meglio dei do di petto della Callas. E alla fine sarai purificato dalle acque lustrali della meraviglia che non osavi rivelare a te stesso.

Trovo che sia un concept album fisico-spirituale completo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Un'esperienza sonora che ad ogni ascolto apre nuove vie al pensiero e alla meditazione. Un esempio di come ogni cosa di questa realtà sia capace di produrre un suono che rimanda alle origini.

Un très bon sens de la musicalité des sons, une bonne expérience a écouter attentivement.
