A blistering combination of heavy psychedeliosity and mind melting electronics.

Wow! Just like good old Hawkwind's spacerock albums! Awesome!
"A blistering combination of heavy psychedeliosity and mind melting electronics."
I couldn't have said it better myself.
Fantastic sound for a live recording but not without its quirks. The odd click, pop and thump. I also felt the miking of the singers voice could have been better.
I liked the female narration on The Pythia even though this song is quite different to the rest of the performance. This is one of the more "spacey" sounding track on the album with snippets of the melody reminding me of War of the Worlds.
This is the kind of album that results in my wife taking refuge in the bedroom while I turn up the volume (her idea of great Australian music are The Seekers).
C'est réellement un Album réussi ! J'espère ue ALPHA - OMEGA,n'en resteront pas là !
Vivement un prochain album, car ce groupe que j'ai découvert ce soir est vraiment bien !
(A Suivre donc...)

It is really a successful Album! I hope for ue ALPHA - OMEGA, will not remain about it there!
Highly a forthcoming album, because this group that I discovered this evening is really well!
(To be thus followed…)
Track 1 Short song: I couldn't hear the lyrics. I liked the song more towards the end, rather than how it started.
Track 2 Black Hole Approaching: It was both relaxing and fun to listen to, with a little noise here and there, but ok.
Track 3 Satellite Man: One of my favourites. If I was better at English(I'm already at some level of it) I wouldn't need lyrics for it...which I don't have. So any help appreciated from anyone having access to lyrics for this song. Part of the lyrics: "how I long for a walk in the forest...refreshed", "they fade away" etc.. When I search for lyrics I put parts of what I hear in quotes, but I didn't find anything. Anyway, the song is beautiful!
Track 4 The Rock: Nice song, its alive. I like the melodic pieces. I have more trouble listening to the words than in Track 3, where I could make the words out more easily. Song was alright.
Track 5 The Pythia: One time I wanted to make out the lyrics of what she says, once it was "Mass Debate", but later I thought it was "Masturbate". (when I tried to transcribe the lyrics)
I like this song not so much for the music but for the philosophy, thinking and imagination spoken by the performer. "Manwoman, a new species, imagine that".
Track 6 Cymoril: Fully offtopic and unrelated note: Cymoril I've read about in a book
called "Elric of Melniboné" which was very close to Elric, a sister or cousin I think.
Now about the track "Cymoril": Very relaxing. I like the recurring tones.
Track 7 Prelude to the Eye: I wasn't too much of a fan of the robotic sounding
voices from the beginning of Track 1 from 01:18 onwards.
In Track 7 they start at about 01:00 but seem less loud than in Track 1, and
I could make out the word "technology" from the lyrics.
Track 8 The Eye: Maybe recording of this song didn't go that well(?) or I just
didn't like this song much. Constant music/noise without a pause. Maybe knowing the lyrics
would help me understand what the performers are saying thus
helping me appreciate the song.
Track 9 Gathering of the Children: I like the melody in this one and its
pause/relaxing moments.
The album as a whole is not my type of music but while listening intently,
I think it's quality.
The sound is good, the mixing effects are terribles. Well, this issue's from 2003. I can't even imagine what they can do now.
Really a good, original job. The lead vocals (Black hole approching, for ex.) make me thinking of Ian Curtis, the rest of the musicians in the same way of Chrome (Helios Creed period).
Original sound, not really progressive music, but who cares ?
I like Satelitte man, really a killer.
I had a lot of pleasure listening this work.
Thx for sharing with us.
Du bon progressif déjanté live et de bonne qualité c'est rare. J'adore tout particulièrement THE PYTHIA
Du psyché bien barré, et même bien Barrett par moments ;-)
Une guitare saturée qui copule joyeusement avec une électronique déjantée.
