Well . . not only is the rock music very good . .. the guitar is exquisite .. but also that voice . .. is that you Howard? You have an excellent voice. .. although my only complaint is that your voice is almost drowned out at times by the instruments . . . I think anyone that likes folk, country/western and protest rock . . will like this album . . . I loved the melodies . .. the music was expressive for its point and the vocals were excellent, as I said . . . I loved the composition of "Defenceless" with its nice over-all sound and tone. And "Let's Laugh" reminded me of songs of the past . . . with a little extra . . . and a great guitar. Another favorite of mine was "One Short Life" which was tender and sentimental . . . but still flaunting that great guitar and voice. . . Somehow I felt as if I were listening to a record turning round on a player . . the smell of the vinyl wafting up to my senses as I listened to this music. Very Enjoyable . . .

Bellissimo album di genere pop-rock, che ti riporta magicamente indietro nel tempo!Personalmente, mi ha fatto rivivere lo spirito con cui da giovane ascoltavo i brani dei Genesis e dei Toto! Album interessante anche grazie alle frequenti armonie inconsuete e agli originali cambi di tempo; le venature funky che ogni tanto emergono servono a dare un tocco di vivacità in più a questo lavoro magnificamente curato. Complimenti!
