Fresh Body Shop is a breath of fresh air in the territory of social music networking. I've always been skeptical of bands marketing themselves on MySpace, as well as the concept of free music.

Tasteless blends pop-rock and electro, a combination I can never get enough of, yet surprisingly don't hear these days. The elementary basics of music make themselves evident (intro, verse, chorus, etc.), but that is not to say Tasteless is another simple album. Each song gives its own reason to put the listener into a chipper, yet still depressing mood.

The grim undertones which come out in songs like "Deep Catchy Hole" and "The Only Way Out" make this an enjoyable album. Although putting this album in the category of Die Warzau or Chemlab would be an unreliable comparison, I can see a definite influence from industrial rock.

Tasteless simply makes me want to hear more from Fresh Body Shop.
