Enjoying this immensely. Love the sax on selected tracks, and overall music is very motivating and inspirational. Excellent.
You know, this is pretty clever stuff. Well constructed, clever overlaying of sounds, intricate timing, tight instrumentals etc. Would a change of name be beneficial in this overtly commercial aspired music world? Sometimes a 'name' can catapult a band to fame....'J T Bruce' perhaps is not the name as a vehicle to commercial success, trivial on my part perhaps, but this music deserves widespread airplay...only a thought...also, could be good for movie soundtracks. Then again the artist may be very happy with his lot, and good for them. I enjoy these sounds.
Yeah this is pretty cool.
Yeah, loving This!
Unusual sounds coming out of The land of the long white cloud. Keep to your promise, I like.
From a kiwi who supports kiwi sounds. Galaga Island is a cracker. I'm sure some of you guys were on 'Some NZ music is shit'another great kiwi album, I'm sure I recognise the voice and beats.
Rock on boys...I've been enjoying it. Bit of everything in here...some parts are like george Thorogood on speed.
Excellent. Loving it. Great production, accomplished confident and extremely clever muso, superb artistic compositions and a damned good listen.
Loving the melodies in this album.
I have listened to this album a number of times now, and it gets better on each listen. The distortion is powerful and adds to the potpourri of clever sounds this band is very adept at producing. The definition of Art is discovery, these musicians are discoverers, and true artists.
Female vocalist style sounds similar to vocalist from Morcheeba. Enjoyable listening.
