I enjoyed very much this music. At first listening its strange phrasing, and choice of sounds was not to my taste, but like a good wine i found myself enjoying more and more. I like in particular the bass, drums and female voice. I would love some more acoustic material by them in future and i think there is yet much good music to be ound from these brazilian nutters.......

I enjoyed this, a nice relaxed feel throughout with a funky edge to it. Some good grooves and vibes too.
If i had to complain, the rythm section became just a little too loose in places and the groove the music had put me on was lost. But when you got the happy sunshine funk- who gives a shit anyhow.

Nice tunes, a nice slice of warm happiness- thanks

c'est bon !

I Loved this album, i think my favourite so far. Im a Lover of ragtime/bluesgrass etc. Great ! Good picking, playing, strumming and nice good happy vibe going down here. I liked all the tracks, kind of musician i could sit down have a good smoke with and enjoy some memorable jam sessions.

Keep this up, and i wanna hear more.
Thanks

I enjoyed a brief listen to this. The first two tracks were nice, especially the first one. Nice layering of sounds/samples and it kinda washed over my head like a waterfall in some places. Id like to hear more from this artist and i like the artwork.
Thanks for the listen

Well where to start......I have enjoyed listening to this. Would not be my first choice for listening, however my appetite my suitably wetted to enjoy.

I hear some very 80's sounding synths, and layered keyboards with a jazzy flavoured sweet tooth. My favourite track is blatently '' back to syndney'', its got the funk and halfway through the track is a very tasteful solo of the kind you might find on Moonflower by santana.

What I found a little disappointing was the keyboard/drumkit. A tall order i know, but a real drum sound would be much better, and more of the experimental and less of the fromage. All in all,
worth a listen, good playing, and some nice colours to paint with.

Thanks

I have appreciated this album, it's not really my bag, but the artist has pleased my ears and got my attention. I Love the lyrics, the production is different and interesting particularly the background washes of colouration and little guitar parts. In places it reminds me of some of pink floyds work circa 1975-1985.
The pieces i enjoyed the most were ''prism of air'', and the ''fisher kings daughter''.
Interesting, keep it up mate ...

Wow This is a hotel lobby classic. I seem to remember many years ago sitting in hotel in Thailand watching the '' In house Band '' do covers of Kenny Rodgers tunes and other such gems. I get hit with 80's mullets, greasy perms, shoulder pads, and keyboards playing the demo tunes, and people swaying pissed up at the helm....Its the kind of thing makes you wonder is it a Joke ? or is this for real ?
This music is pure cheese......
However its brought a smile to my face, and do i dare say, some of the arrangements are pleasing
At home i have a large cheesy vinyl section which im proud and this album will take pride of place alongside it . Download and pour yourself a drink, imagine the easy chair, the air con and your there. Nice one............

This music is bizarre, but I don't refer negatively.
I like the sounds: discordant, arabic flavoured dub with a live feel. The singers voice is natural and the best thing about this album. Although home style/live is good and a favourite of mine, the mixing/production sounds too muddy, and suffers from a lack of mastering at its final stages. This said and done i like her vibe and where the artist is attempting to journey with this music. I would love to hear the singer work with a more acoustic approach with better production, because i think if she went to town, she could produce a excellent piece of work.
In summary an interesting/brooding/trippy body of work
that should be listened to and appreciated for what it is. Keep it going. Nice one.
