Not a change just for the sake of it.

You can normally tell the difference between someone trying to do something different, and actual artistic growth. This feels like artistic growth to me. Very different from previous albums, stylistically anyway, but still something familiar. Perhaps the slightly muddy mix. And I don't mean that as an insult, it's a feature of previous Fresh Body Shop works that I like. Over all, very interesting, and sounds like something that will stand up to multiple listens.

It takes a lot of courage to leave your comfort zone once you've established a reputation with a successful formula. Done well, you get the Beatles. Done poorly, you get prog rock.

This is a really fun album to listen to, and it sounds like you were having fun making it. Much more interesting than previous releases, good as they were, without sacrificing one iota of cred. Keep it up. Don't let your back catalogue restrain you.

This album has a great sound and catchy music. The music has spice, and doesn't offend me when listening to it. The previous reviewer is right that Fresh Body Shop deviated from their original sound for this album, but I think it was for the best.
