Very impressive sound, with a great flavor of Brazilian Choro and Jazz. One of the best I had listen here in jamendo. Plese don't stop to provide this very amazing music.

Brazilian Jazz Spirit

This album has far more of a jazz element to it than Deixa Assim. Use is also made of a greater variety of instruments including brass, saxaphone and drums.

Some of the songs have an ethnic/spiritual influence to them and are more sombre in style.

Farranos no Frevo is a song most like the music on Deixa Assim but with drums and brass added.

The real surprise on the album is Tumaraca Remix. A haunting ambient electro mix nothing like the rest of the album but not out of place.

Is there no limit to the talent that Brazil can produce ? Camerata Brasileira are full of joy,passion
and sentiment.This album is bulging to the brim with inspiration and originality (how delicate and
down right bold is the "super nova" of a track Noves fora).This is sensually arrogant "jazz brasileiro",
a simmering mix of dulcet spice and first class entertainment...Brazilian Dreadnought with outstanding beats.

Great album. This is one of the more professional bands on the site. This album is slightly darker than their earlier one, which IMO is beneficial. It still has playful moments, however, as the songs bound between genres and instruments I'm only vaguely familiar with. I starred this a while ago, but I'm putting up a review to show that I'm giving it two thumbs up as hard as I can.
