I think all that needs to be said has been said by the creator. Personally, I liked what has been produced here, it's not what I'd go for given the choice, but I enjoy a change and it was a breath of fresh air for me, with a good vocal snatches. The latter usually put me off but music is like beauty, or any other conception of what is good against what is bad. Here it's in the ear of the beholder. There is a lot more rubbish being forced down the throat of the majority than this little, relatively insignificant album. Why not just stick to mainstream and then you 'know' it's good, isn't that the 'philosophy', a word which most people don't even understand, let alone put into practice.
What I see is an attempt to create something different, with its own flair, whether that appeals depends on your restrictions imposed on a subjective concept of what is good or not. What I see is an attempt at alternative creativity, its success is in its reception, which like I said in inveterately perspectival. By self-declaration it is experimental music, so I say keep experimenting and put your heart and soul into it, and I will find it satisfactory enough.
