Quiet music, composed 2003-2004. Working with field recordings as rhythmic sources, augmented with subtle keyboard work, slowly shifting patterns, vocals, and the occasional guitar, frey has constructed an album of gentle beauty.
Inspirations include the ocean, the hum of earth loops, electric guitar harmonics, and the process of music making itself.
