Album description

All things in the Universe are combination of matter and mind. The matter consists of four elements: Earth, Fire, Air and Water. All animals, plants, stones, emotions, inanimate objects, and energies are combinations of these elements. Everything has its own unique blend of the four elements in it: everything that has substance has earth in it; everything that has energy in it has fire; everything that flows and/or has feelings has water; and everything that involves sound, thinking, or communication has air in it.

This album includes 3 new and 3 remastered tracks from an earlier release OBE (Out of Body Experience) plus the track Water released previously as a single.

Santoor samples in Water were kindly granted by multi-instrumentalist and singer Manish Vyas.

There's slight distortion on picks due to overcompression in some tracks, however the FLAC version is clean and dynamics are much better.

The audio quality of music offered on Jamendo in best case reaches 190 kbps, which is quite reasonable for evaluational purposes but definitely not enough to experience the richness of original sound (1411 kbps). If you'd like to feel how this music sounds for real you can obtain a lossless FLAC version of this album on my website.

Subtlely groovable

I like the understated approach and disagree with comments about lacking melodic dynamics. The production is also quite well done.

Great ambiental new age !

Great approach to music and I do certainly appreciate SaReGaMa's life philosphy. Production is also very good. Music lacks of
concrete melody and composition, but, whole thing with it's atmospohere, rhythm, dynamics and progression compensates that. Bravo!

Critic?.....................Not me!!

Just 2 months ago I bought an album which has songs describing the beauty of all the four natural elements of Earth. I spent Rs 399/- ($ 9.99) on it. But lo! If I had waited for 2 months I could have got even better album! Curse me? Not completely!!

SaReGaMa and I have some sort of connection (I think so!). His music is exactly what I always wanted to listen. His music defines peace. You cannot call this piece music. Its 'sangeet', which has a definition worth more important and heavy than 'music'.

Air (Kalimba Solo): Kalimba gives very nice sound which is pleasant to ears. One of my favorites.

Water: A perfect song made out of some really pleasant samples by Pt. Manish Vyas. Its just amazing. Best use of samples ever.

Out of Body Experience tracks are just "out of the world classics', these tracks are just amazing. Their beauty cannot be defined.

In end its all..........Sa Re Ga Ma..Pa Dha Ni Sa

Glorious Sensations To Simulate & Arouse You Within & Out...

Another old but a good one, for me to check out.. And wow.. what an explosion of sights and sounds..That took me to far off places. And sparkled
and glittered within my mind. And stimulated and penetrated my subconscious mind as well. And my taste buds to the max. On this colourful, bright, electronic, world, fusion,drums, wood instruments,xylophone,acoustc guitar,and exceptional vocals you hear at times. That are tribal-ish and haunting, and meaningful all at the same time.It was like traveling to Africa, the Congo, Tibet and other places.. Exotic, exciting and thrilling. Let alone intrigue, magical and mystical.

I am Extremely Impressed by the Album!!!

The earthy beats in "Earth," are exotically tribal, soul grabbing, catchy, visceral and visionary. "Fire" just as exotic and spicy, enticing and unbelievably good . . . sometimes so minimalistic and other times so earth pounding, fierce and mind numbing. This world style music is so outstanding as to make you feel . . . as if you were there!

The kalimba in "Air" was sweetly exotic, light, lovely and hypnotically beautiful. "Water" was a nice, ambient electronica melody which spoke to me in subtle tones.

The First "Out of Body Experience" was hypnotic and soothing, while at the same time having a nice flowing energy. The OBE#2, exotic, and with bells, and other airy, ambient sounds . . . was an interesting treat for the ears. "OBE#3" was, I think, my favorite song on the album . . . all I know is that as I listened to it I kept screaming, "Oh, that's so pretty.. .. .. that's soooo pretty!!" It was a masterpiece in my estimation . . . so very, very gorgeous.

All the songs on this album were outstanding and very professional, utterly worthy of many, many listens. But, I think the book-end songs were the extreme best and reached very high into the stratosphere in excellence.
