There's a famous hindi proverb:"Sangeet poori duniya ko ek karta hai".
But, it seems this album is more of a political statement for few reviewers instead of music. And the things I will reflect in this review are very dissapointing, disgusting, shameless and annoying!
When one takes a look at the French reviewsone question arises in our minds: "Are we describing a fashion show here?" or "are we comparing the monetary conditions of 2 countries?". Any reader of my review will think I have gone outta my mind..but if you have some knowledge about French then you are most welcome to read the French reviews!
Instead of talking about how this album sounds, reviewers are talking about: "drug trafficking", "poverty", "why the artist has a cigar in his mouth", "distance between Goa and Bengaluru" etc.
troll69 quotes"Extreme poverty, hunger, malnutrition are present, in addition, if they are hits such western music!
What crétivité concern about the future and neuronal aseptisation of all our comrades
Bougres, infidelity, poor, desperate to Mother Earth, you wake up, protect and fight for your rights: working, eating, housing, vétir. "
Hey guy don't be French Hitler! Its a shame!
I ask you="do you really listen to music at all? Or do you write good reviews just to impress certain artists? I challenge you to prove this to me! You views are filthy, you are talking about the past....PLEASE LIVE IN PRESENT WORLD! Your reviews reflect your ego."
I suggest all of you to take a week off Jamendo and see a psychiatrist. That would be better. Otherwise why would Melchiades talk about drug trafficking, when he is supposed to comment about music. And its best not to talk about Isobel!
Their reviews have certainly made a mockery of this system of expressing a persons feelings. And its a truth that Jamendo won't pay attention to any of these irregularities, I think everybody of us know why!
Anyways!
This album brings to light the experimentation done by artist Kiran. Track is cool and has good rhythm. Has influences from west, but that ain't an issue when we have a right mix of Western and Eastern music here in India! I think its a little repetitive as we have seen with many 'progressive' releases. 2 or 3 more tracks would have made this creation into a great work, one track albums no longer satisfies me :-)
Overall: nice and refreshing.
