Thanks to Eternal Blue Moon for this recommendation:
Cold and dark, dreamy, emotionally down, almost surreal. The music has a nice tempo with a female singer singing softly and slowly and often distant and un-melodic, to herself, but with exceeding charm . . . the vocals float through the the percussion like a gentle breeze through the trees. This music is very entrancing, and it feels as though the instruments are enticing the singer to express her emotions, they seem to wait for her, but she is often almost mute at times and when vocal seems expressionless. I really enjoyed this album, all the songs were equally good and I listened to it several times tonight.
