Album description

fr This text is not available in your chosen language, we are displaying it in its original language.

----

This album aim to change the style given by Fabulas Ater, my last album. I stay in my quite dark universe, but we are no more in the dark tales of a little lone doll.

The main story of this CD is about a Robot, who is discovering what is humanity. He has an heart, and will learn it too late, after loosing everything.

He will learn that his feelings are obsolete, cuz' he lost everything he has.

The robot dies at the last music, saturated, his last vision of our world.

I really like this one. A good listen.

An absolutely exquisitely fearful intro. Then Le Temps Détruit Tout, rings its way into being, with profound string sound. Time ticking away, entropic. A beautiful track. Which leads glitteringly to Fausses Notes. False notes resound and reverberate excellently put together, true or not. They work fantastically well. Reborn has a strong brightness of self-awareness arising, self-conscious willingness emerging. And, a realisation of all that entails. Sometimes I think it's not so hot, don't know about the robot. Lucifer Aeternum is a sonic wonderland of sound, gorgeous and expansive, its reverence obvious pour tout le temps.

Modern Guerilla another curious track to fit into the storyline, but topical nonetheless. Lucifer recruits, after all, the best. Those strongest in their self-conscious willingness to serve. A heavy breathing and plaintive guitar track, Maudite Asmodée makes me wonder even more want this has to do with a robots belated realisation of its own sense of being, however brief. Awake and straight into Hell. Seems quite sad really, doesn't appear to be given much of a chance or choice. Then we have the wandering Celeste, ghostly in appearance, I come to meet the music, and like Rousseau wonder about the effect of the notes on the face of the robot. How do the notations of 'life' strike him/her/it? A lovely expansive track.

Then, there is a sharpness to Crystal World and an underlying mini-symphonic soundtrack. Exquisite middle section, lovely play on the stereo. I Miss You has a wonderful sense of passionate drama to it, though I still struggle to fit it in to the preamble, these are all wonderful tracks, they just seem disparate and unconnected. All nicely constructed in their own rights, which is maybe the best way to meet them. Nice, soft melodiousness and accumulation of force. Quite stark towards the end. Seeking Humanity is something a lot more people could be doing, never mind the odd robot. However, suddenly we seem to be back with the storyline. AI never sounded so good, let alone consciousness.

Eyes Rain supremely sonorous and deeply passionate again, the movement behind the music is what seems to count more than the notes themselves, they do not seem sufficient to capture the essence of the conception and expression is variegated throughout. Then, Will You Come Back, appears to be the penultimate moment of the short, confusing life of the robotic soul. Can a human have a robotic soul? Can a robot have a human one? Is there a difference? Or is it all just a figment of our reality? Brilliant, expressive music, if somewhat difficult to gain a sense of the linearity of the apparent storyline. The outro, Saturated, is literally a saturation of sound and movement, the structure loose and chaotic, maybe a little overwhelming as it all comes to and end. Which is a shame because the music is so fantastically good. Nice work, even if a little confusing with its cogency.
