Description

The title Ma Blonde Est Partie is taken from a Cajun classic song written in the 1920's. The song, by a prisoner on a chain gang, laments the loss of his lover.

These songs represent both themes surrounding this experience and themes from the Cajun artist, George Rodrigue

With "Ma Blonde Est Partie" Briareus releases the third album at jamendo.
In my ears, this one is the best.

Sometime it reminds me at Pink Floyd, sometimes at Mike Oldfield.
Briareus use synthesizer and a e-guitar, a saxophone.
With there instruments they create athmospheric soundscapes and paint accustic paintings which are very diversified.

The music is complex. The sound is never only noise to fill the time between two parts.

Convince yourself. You will like it.

Je vois pas bien le rapport avec le titre... mais c'est du bon easylistening, tendance lounge. A fortement conseiller en période estivale. Les petites sur la plage vont vous paraître plus exotique, les coktails plus originaux, le sable plus fin...

"Brazil like", c'est du Santana... si, si...
