The five-track E.P 'Music from an L-Shaped Room' was independently released on Monday the 2nd of June. It features a typically varied and interesting mix of material: from industrialized metal through geeky punk rock, jazz infused alt, danceable electro-funk and a bittersweet, ambient instrumental.
"‘Intriguing music with varied and innovative use of guitar elements. Producing something this dynamic, whilst ensuring it remains accessible to the common ear, is truly impressive."
- The Wav
"The Bathtub Sophist has produced an E.P of interesting electro-synthetic industrial grooves and harder edged funk / metal. The music is quite digestible especially with the strength of his fun retro pop numbers offsetting the heaviness of the industrial elements."
-Music Street Journal
"A musical kaleidoscope that is something really unique. Check it out and be taken to world of something pretty special"
- Parx-e Web Zine
"Textured and interesting with layers of organic and electronic music rolled into one unique package"
- Wildy's World Reviews
