Holy Pain are the best thing to come out of France since the renaissance, seriously. There are now a lot of French bands on the metal scene, Gojira just to name one, but Holy Pain whoops their ass mercilessly. The only thing to come out of this album is exactly what it says - pure, undiluted, metal. It makes you want to get up and dance, especially to songs like 'Last Sigh' and 'No Regret'.

The fast melodies on this album give it something that even the most famous bands like Stratovarius and Dream Theater long for - getting their fans to not like their stuff because it's unconditional, but simply because it is really something special, how many bands can say that?

The intro to 'Nuclear' is well thought out, and really sums the whole album up. This album will make you want to headbang throughout - not to be missed.

I usually don't like Metal from France, but fuck they knocked my socks off even though my shoes where on!!! I'm already Advertising these guys as we speak!! This is a must dl band!!!!!!

This is the type of hard, fast,rock,heavy metal,great riffs,melodical, album, you listen to with headphones on, or the volume turned way up high to ,really get into the feel of music within your heart, mind and soul! Feel the rush of the fast, powerful vocals, lyrics, but most of all the music, take over you senses! Definitely one of the all time greats album. I have found on Jamendo!

Yea sounds like good guitar technique in all the songs ive listened to so far. The overall ambient of the album is just bad ass, not way to dark or muddled but also not the light poppy sound that can pisses a lot of us off. Great riffs, licks, melodies and rhythms etc. the only thing that i don't think is too strong here are the vocals but thats not really a deterrent at all. great stuff!

I enjoyed listening to this album, and dl it after the second song. It reminds me of late Sentenced, and because I like those guys, it goes without saying I enjoy this album too. It is a required dl by metal fans here at Jamendo, you won't be disappointed adding it to your library

You did everything right except the vocals, and even those are good. I love the whole album, except in the mixing, the vocals got a little buried. They sound like they could be good metal vocals, but they're just too quiet compared to the rest.

Seriously impressive work guys, recording levels are perfect, great eq, vocal comes through nicely no distortion (except where it should be of course :) )
One of the best Metal Albums on Jamendo for sure!!!!!!!

on sent bien les influences des grands pontes du genre (maiden, helloween, etc...), bonne maîtrise technique, le mix est parfois discutable, mais globalement, ça fait du bien MERCI !
