Album description

this is my first 'more than 8 tracks' album.
the tracks are of different type.
i think, i dont want to keep a style forever, if you know what i mean.

the classical sample in 'cant stop' IS NOT ripped from try^d.
track 4 is a little 'hello' to black era - an amazing triphop-combo from italy, which you can find also on jamendo.
their track 'in front of the corner' inspired me somehow, as you can see at the name of my album :)

enjoy. :)

NO. 9 What can I say, the moment the guitair kicked in my whole body started to move to the beat xD

Best song I've heard in my life. The whole album is just awesome, congratulations.

Hope to hear more like no.9 in the future please :)

It was Strange Dreams that sucked me into this paradise of music, but oh so shortly. The next track a melange that you know will make sense sooner or later. I did like it but then I am capable of being eminently stupid (Ecce Homo) though orgiastic anarchy rules the impulse to life in the forest. Then, we are treated with a slow, sonorous, buzz of a track, nice air to it. A sonic statement.

Bad News tells it all, subtle yet vociferous. Shoot the messenger, it's traditional. Exemplary track, fantastic configuration. The Asskicker means business and won't take any messing. Got that! A truly asskicking track man, no fawning about with this piece of musical experimentation. Noisedeluxekiller an interlude, with a steady plod.

Fun With Delays. I'll tell you what I think about this track later. Can't Stop.

An excrutiatingly nice track. Like twisting a plastic bottle into the smallest mangled form possible, just to fit it in the trashcan. Intensity with a chilled background, tidy work. Just kidding, no kidding. When I tell jokes, people always take me seriously. Must be the way I tell 'em. Heartbeat to complete.

Thanks for the listen pan:core!-)

By the way, straight over the roundabout and second on your left...

Pan:core is a techno artist with a wide span of style.

Tracks 3 and 4 of this album are a fine inro to the artist. Track 3 is the strong sound and interesting use of techno beats (which are then used to the full in the album "Flucht". Track 4 offers you a taste of the wonderful melodic side of the artist which is best displayed in the album "pour carine".

Other highlights of the album are track 6 and 7 which start out (6) with interesting rhythms you may have heard done by artist Nikila but with pan they have a stronger techno feel with the introduction of a wicked strong and simple synth which sounds like an alien telling you about monday morning - then (7) launches into something only yet achieved by aphex's come to daddy where it hits you and all the hairs over your body raise and the sounds overpower you completely.

8 is Pan in action a fine mix of the harder side of the artist seen again on Fluckt.

Don't miss pour carine - the melodic side of Pan:core
Don't miss fluckt - the hard techno side

But for your introduction to the artist go striaght in for this album =D

totale begeisterung ... phantastisches album

20/07/07

It's a very varied recording. Each track is completely different from the others. Some are calm and hypnotic, some are noisy and agressive, almost industrial. They have only two things in common. They all belong to the genre of electronica and they are all great. Each melody is very original and artful.

The album is under half an hour but has more bright ideas than whole discographies of some other artists. ;-)
