Life is Noise samples a variety of my work, ranging from hard dance to experimental electronica. 'The Jesus Dance' is a classic dance track, with a fast four the the floor bass and catchy synths. But then immediately following is an experimental track, with relaxed piano, vibes, and samples recorded from a variety of sources with an unconventional rhythm and calculated glitches. 'Summer Snow' is a similar track, with a totally chilled out first half, and then a second half going in a totally different (rather strange) direction. 'The Sound of Home' uses samples recorded from around the house- the microwave, the dog, my little sister, the toilet, the printer and the scanner- in a industrial feeling beat. 'Industrial' obviously is the main industrial influence track with some hardcore synths, not pleasant to everyone. 'Shades of Humanity' in someways integrates all those different styles into one song, making an even more interesting final product.
