Thrills and Chills!

It is good to see well performed music by serious composers on this site, and this music is at the top of my list. I am looking forward to hearing more music from Sergio Naddei. lo specchio delle cose is a brilliant work! It has something that is missing from most contemporary chamber music these days... a sense of drama and intrigue.

It’s not very common that people composing contemporary classical avantgarde music give away their albums on jamendo, so one may look at Chamber Music with suspicion. Well... He diesn’t have to. This two-piece record is a real gem through Creative Commons classical stuff. The composition is really well-written and skillfully performed with all those little distortions and aleatorations one expects from post-Cage, post-Schonberg classical music. It’s a truly expetional stuff, highly recommendable to every eleborated listener.

Uniquely Interesting and Entertaining

Certainly not boring music. This is the type of music which sets a mood or tells a story and keeps you awake. Very short album though. Give us some more of your musical talent, please. I like your style. I enjoyed the ending of Sonata in particular. Kind of like the exclamation point at the end of a story. The music had interesting changes throughout which seemed to flow nicely. Great contemporary classical stuff here. Great potential for even newer stuff.

I admit to prefer Händel (party music!), but the intensity of expression through the skillfull performances is impressive.

Oh, and the end shows your sense of humour :)
