Meditations consists of tracks composed over the last few years, and compiled into the current album. The music is relaxing, and meditative.

....this album is so restful and as it takes you on and inward journey.....great for meditaiton and for a quiet yoga practice...am enjoying listening to it....wonderful work....i can highly remmend this quiet reflectful album....
