Nominally, the whole album presents me with a moral dilemma. It seems initially as if it pertains to advocate the glorification of war. As an electro album it is musically good but I like to read between the lines, not fire from them nor be fired upon at them. I will view it as parody and rely on healing over time, although not the best bet. Just look at the current state of affairs.
So, I will say, ethics aside, that this is good electro in itself and I will even accept it as cyberpunk, being an old punk on-line. That way I can assimilate the album, as I did the likes of Crass and Poison Girls. There are some good, well managed structures of sound/noise experience. Work well done.
