Pretty amazing

I like music. A lot. I love variety. This album has it in spades. From the strings to the guitars and synths.
I am really impressed. The vocals are sometimes a bit on the odd side, but very enjoyable if a tad overproduced.
Simply amazing, no wonder it is years between albums. Well worth the wait.

A whole lot of great music!

This album is not only great music, but it's also a whole lot of great music--16 tracks, over 65 minutes! I especially like the tracks in which the "hop" is as prominant as the "trip", such as Night Black Crow, part 2. I like the natural vocals much better than the altered ones. (There's a bit too much of the low altered vocal for my taste because it starts sounding like novelty music.)

For me it was ' the good old days of hip hop ' together with a indie edge.
Wonderful combination....only from a great innovative musical mind.
