This album certainly is a well produced and has some very cool dancefloor orientated tracks. If I was in the mood to dance, this would be a great choice to blast up loud and cut loose. C.J. has shown talent and diversity in his range of Jamendo albums. I have to say that this album will be a modern DJs dream, but I also have to say that it does not quite live up to 'Neon Lights' as my favourite. Some of the sythns are a little too commercial orientated in places, those 'trancey' type epic lead/chords and a lot of use of vocoder, which is popular but a tad overused IMHO. The drums are a bit tougher and more 'in your face' than previous albums, pumping out, which is great for the dancefloor. I do love the mixes and production quality and most of the sounds. Where Neon Lights differs, is that a touch more melody, and not as many 'gimmicky' sounds, and is a great listen through headphones with a slightly less frenetic pace and a touch more of the ambient and retro quality that I love. However, this album is still a must have, especially for DJs and for pumping loud when you feel like a boost and a dance !
