... and the music is well-balanced too!-) Nice instrumentation and a voice of mild passion. I can hear potential here and would more easily assess Emily Star over a broader spectrum of music. So, let's hear some more.
What a Lovely ballad, love song. With such a lovely sweet, innocent, voice Emily has, and the track is very enchanting and angelic sounding as well. I just hope she does more tracks, and this one track was just a great taster to wet our appetites, as it was really good!
Excellent voice! I agree with others that I'd like for the vocal to have been just a little louder in the mix. Not a lot, just enough to stand out. It's a lovely song, and well done. At least a few more songs would help in getting to know Emily-Star's voice better.
Yeah, I remember Cyndy '80 rock ballad melodically too. Very good work on smooth sound basic with off-beat guitar rithm. Good pad too. See U later on next work
Nice, smooth song. I agree with Lyceum about it being 'radio ready'. My wife loved it :-)
One little nitpick is that I felt the vocals were a bit 'held-back' - as if the singer was trying to sound husky. I would have loved it to be a little more 'open' and natural, if you get what I mean...
You know sometimes you get on Jamendo and don't know what to expect...usually alot of punkers or syth users....but what a pleasant surprise to hear a quality voice..I don't know if there's a "Swiss Idol"...but I think you would qualify!....Would love to hear more of you!..
