I really like this album and I have no idea why. I normally listen to be-bop, free jazz. but something about the simple rhythms and almost mantra like melodies are just enchanting. The opening track is really strong. The middle tracks (6, 7, & 8) are not the most interesting but then the end is again very strong.
Such fresh sounds - all the song are really different!
Does anyone know where I might be able get the piano scores - esp for Mesmerize as I really want to learn it.
Thanks!
Well, I think this marks the end of my days trawling iTunes and the likes. I'm even inspired to create and share myself. My second find on jamendo and I'm hooked. Great album to listen in toto and sort of genre-bending. Good artwork, simple and attractive and YES I'd love to hear this live.
Congratulations!

You probably might want to change your name Tryad because it's really close to the words Triad, which is one of the most dangerous gangs in china. Just so you know.
Track # 2, "Breathe" is the back up music for my story "Aqua Lung" on The Dunesteef Audio Fiction Magazine. It really works quite beautifully. Go to the website and give it a listen.
I just started here, and I must say, I wasn't expecting much. I figured there would be a few jewels of good music hidden in a bunch of horrible stuff created by bored 13 year-old's on garage band. This album has completely blown me away. I knew it was going to be awesome within the first 30 seconds of 'Breathe' and it did not disappoint at all.
never know what type of song you're gonna get next but you are excited based off of what you just heard. All the tracks have their uniqueness. I haven't listened to it all the way through yet but my faves right now are Listen, Your a god, and lovely. great sound, beat and lyrics are fresh.
I really like this album, especially the atmohsphere it created around me.
Thanks!
