Album description

As Powder French, Gregg Puchalski records some of the most seriously music on this - or any other - planet! Silver extends the meaning of warped to include some kind of instability in addition to electronic manipulations. These five compositions are dense and full of wildly experimental sounds, timbres and textures. Gregg surrounds them with dark atmospheres, sinister rhythms and harsh bass lines. Feedback and static add to the confusion and the danger. This is ominous stuff with dark and harsh edges. It is also excellent music, worth its weight in, well, brass anyway!

Une musique très originale composée d'expérimentations sonores extrêmement denses , souvent chaotiques, torturées, bizarres et tordues qui, la plupart du temps n'évoquent pas confiance et n'inspirent pas la joie. C'est plutôt sinistre, apocalyptique, et assez froid comme le fracas de quelques machines infernales.
La pochette m'évoque une sorte de monstre aquatique ou amphibie sorti tout droit d'un roman de science fiction.

Düster, unheimlich, stimmungsvoll

wenn ich diesen Sound höre, muß ich an dunkle, düstere Dinge denken. Etwas "unheimlich".

Mir gefällt es ganz gut. Kann man schon brauchen.
Es ist auch irgend wie entspannend, wenn man sich den Klängen hingibt.
