Cool way to start, just Relax and enjoy. The second track, digital sweet nothings in the ear. Brilliant stuff. Then to the druidic chanting amidst stone circles, which works out to be a very nice track, with a suitable level of reverence to the passage of nature and the universe. Quite a lot to get into a piece of music but I believe it has been encapsulated eminently well.
Monkeys Evolution into human beans, as the old cartoon says: "Call this evolution, I can't even lick my dick!" If there was an idea behind it, was it the expected outcome, or are we not part of some gigantic simulation. Frog is a brilliant piece, an amorphous amphibiousness. Then, to the next step, which is the Jump. Bound well, in the right direction.
B-Movie is a mellow, slow motion dirge of biological progress. How many of those films were about it dramatically going wrong, and here we are presented with a much more relaxed view on 'progress' and its pace. Lastly, Bomp. As an album it finishes off this little adventure with just the right intonation. Kind of light-hearted and spirited, because what can you do about the evolution of earth. It is going to happen anyway. After all, it's been doing fine without us for a lot longer. Nice work!-)
