Mindblowing start and quality of craftsmanship right from the very outset. That's a decision made in the first minute of Breath. Let's see if it pans out and I guessed rightly. Loved the Intro, nicely dramatic. Breath starts with lovely sonorous sounds, a profound display of passion in creative instrumentalism. Great depth and dimensionality. The voice melts into the mix, perfectly, adding to the spirit of the track wonderfully. Breathing is repetitive too, and music this good is equally as essential to a reasonable life on earth. A prerequisite even. A masterpiece in my ears anyway.
Hallu (there's another artist by the name, is it the same) or is it just that the commune sounds like this track. Beautiful bass, I love bass, good for giving depth to the feel of the music. Again, another brilliant piece of music. Strong sense of energy and very fresh and dynamic. Jazz is a nice take on the jazz air but not necessarily the standard format, after all it's a song about it rather than it itself. Fitting vocals again, work well with the music.
Massive Destruction is something I envisage a lot, partly because it seems to be our lot in life. We destroy each other and ourselves, pulling the proverbial rug from under our own feet throughout the strata of society from the top down, for the most part. OK there's some leaning towards representational inclusion but its a tentative regime at best and not the fix we need, so it seems. We need to move on otherwise this track title may become a reality we don't need and most of us don't deserve. The follow on, is usually a conclusion I reach on a regular basis. Que sera, sera!-) However, a lovely construction and a well-balanced track as all the others have been. In it's own right and style, it has an appealing charm.
The final track, is what I might have to do for tonight (though we will see how things go, pun intended!) Overall, this album has been a fantastic treat to listen to, and several people have recommended it to me, so it's doing the rounds and so it should, as good as it is. Au revoir...
...maybe too vibrate but definitely a good album...thanks 4 sharing :)
